We employ indirect crowd profiling to deliver and promote information based on characteristic tags. If you prefer not to receive commercial advertisements from us, you have the option to unsubscribe from them using the corresponding product function.

By successfully registering for a CosmoFusion account, you authorize us to access, disclose, and utilize your geolocation information. (You have the option to hide your geographic location information from other users by setting yourself as "invisible" at any time).

• Log Information: When utilizing our website or client-provided products or services, we automatically collect and retain details concerning your usage, recorded as web logs. Please note that device information, log information, etc., are not capable of identifying a specific individual. However, it will not impact your ability to use CosmoFusion's core services, such as browsing, chatting, and posting news.

To enhance the security of our services, protect your personal and property safety, or that of other users and the public from infringement, prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion, and more, we may leverage your user information, transaction information, device information, relevant network logs, and information shared by our affiliates and partners (with your authorization or as per the law). This allows us to comprehensively assess the risk associated with your account and transactions, undertake authentication, detect and prevent security incidents, and employ necessary measures such as records, audits, analysis, and lawful disposal.

Should we utilize the information collected for purposes not explicitly stated in this policy, or if we utilize information collected for specific purposes for alternative reasons, we will seek your prior consent.

Please be aware that when using our services, the information you voluntarily share, and even publicize, may involve personal information or sensitive data belonging to you or others. This includes instances where personal information is uploaded in pictures shared in news posts or public interactions such as group chats or circles. We urge you to exercise caution and carefully consider whether to share or publicly disclose relevant information when utilizing our services.

1. Accessing Your Personal Information

You have the right to access your personal information, with the exception of any exclusions mandated by laws and regulations. You can access your personal information through the following methods:

If you discover that the personal information we have processed is incorrect, you have the right to request us to correct or supplement it. To make such a request, follow the instructions in the "Accessing Your Personal Information" section (i) above.

(iii) Deletion of Your Personal Information

You may delete certain personal information by following the instructions outlined in the "Accessing Your Personal Information" section (i) above. You can request the deletion of your personal information in the following cases:

1. Violation of Laws and Regulations: When our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations.

2. Unauthorized Collection or Use: When we collect or use your personal information without your explicit consent.

3. Agreement Violation: When our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you.

4. Account Cancellation: When you no longer use our products or services and voluntarily cancel your account.

5. Termination of Service: When we permanently cease to provide you with our products or services.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will notify the recipients who obtained your personal information from us, if possible, and request them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise required by law or regulation or if these recipients have obtained independent authorization from you. Please note that when you delete information from our services, it may not be immediately removed from our backup systems. However, it will be deleted once the backup is updated.

Each business function requires certain basic personal information for fulfillment (refer to Section 1 of this Privacy Policy). For the collection and use of additional personal information, you can grant or withdraw your consent through the "More Settings" feature or by contacting CosmoFusion Customer Service. For example, you can withdraw your consent for other users to find you via your mobile phone number by accessing the "More Settings - Privacy" section in the CosmoFusion mobile app.

When you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal data. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.

(v) Obliteration of Personal Information by Data Subjects

You can submit a request to cancel your account through the "Cancel Account" page (for example, in the CosmoFusion mobile app, go to "More - Settings - Account and Security - Cancel Account").

Upon voluntary account cancellation, we will cease providing products or services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable law.

(vi) Binding Information Systems and Automated Decision Making

In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation, as well as an appeal process that does not compromise CosmoFusion's trade secrets, the rights and interests of other users, or public interests.

(VII) Response to Your Requests

To ensure security, you may be required to provide a written request or verify your identity before we process your request.

We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can file a complaint through CosmoFusion Customer Service.

In principle, we do not charge for reasonable requests. However, for repeated or excessive requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge a fee to cover certain costs. We may also refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (such as developing a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the legal rights of others, or are highly impractical.

We may not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations in the following cases:

1. Matters related to national security and national defense

2. Matters related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest

3. Matters related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments

4. Evidence of subjective malice or abuse of rights by the subject of personal information
